IMPORTANT: By using Prospect Engine and purchasing leads, you explicitly acknowledge and grant Prospect Engine the right to use all data you provide or that we collect (including targeting criteria, purchase history, usage patterns, lead preferences, company information, and interaction data) for the following purposes:
- Product Development: Using your data to develop new features, enhance existing products, and create new service offerings that improve your results
- Algorithm Enhancement: Training, improving, and optimizing our AI lead generation models, machine learning algorithms, and data processing systems using your targeting criteria, purchase patterns, and usage data
- Quality Improvement: Analyzing which industries, titles, geographies, and criteria produce the highest quality leads and best conversion rates to enhance lead quality for all customers
- Service Enhancement: Aggregating, anonymizing, and analyzing your data to improve service performance, delivery speed, and overall platform effectiveness across all users
- Research & Testing: Testing and validating new data sources, verification methods, prospecting techniques, and business intelligence approaches
- Results Optimization: Using patterns in your usage and purchase data to optimize the leads you receive, improve targeting accuracy, and enhance your conversion potential
You explicitly grant Prospect Engine a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, analyze, aggregate, anonymize, and incorporate your data for product development, service enhancement, algorithm improvement, research and development, and any other business purposes that improve the quality and effectiveness of our service. This data usage directly benefits you by improving the leads you receive and enhancing your results. Prospect Engine bears NO legal liability for using your data in these ways, as this usage is essential to delivering, maintaining, and continuously improving the service quality and results you experience.
Lead Data You Receive
The leads you purchase from us (contact names, emails, companies, etc.) are yours to use. However, you agree to:
- Use leads only for legitimate business purposes
- Comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
- Report any data quality issues within 7 days for replacement (see our Guarantee page)
Data Security
