What you get in each lead

Prospect Engine is built for action—not database browsing. Leads include:

  • Reason-to-call tied to a live signal

  • Business name + location (city/state)
  • Email when found (may show as "Email found")
  • Marketing states 27+ additional data points plus confidence/fit context (schema not listed here)

Runs are asynchronous. The Status page shows progress while results are processing.

Export / Sync

Export to CSV or sync to CRM/Instantly.

Runs typically complete in 5–20 minutes and can take up to ~10 minutes per city depending on coverage. When your run completes, the system emails you to come back and review results.

What a "reason-to-call" means

A reason-to-call is not a vague pitch angle. It's a specific trigger found in public sources—and we attach the URL(s) so your team can verify it fast.

What "Valid email" means

  • A valid email is an email that does not hard-bounce.

Verified target + resolution

  • Target ≥95% valid rate for Verified.
  • If a Verified email hard-bounces, Prospect Engine will replace or credit it when the confirmed hard-bounce is reported within 7 days.
  • Excludes soft bounces and sender reputation issues.

Billing, clearly

  • Viewing is free. You can review results in the Dashboard at no cost.
  • A lead counts only when exported (CSV) or synced (CRM/Instantly).
  • Included leads reset monthly.
  • Overages are billed at the plan rate.
