A lead labeled Verified. The targets and remedies on this page apply only to leads marked Verified.
Valid email
A “valid email” means it is deliverable—i.e., it does not hard-bounce when sent using standard sending practices.
A valid email does not mean inbox placement (spam filters are outside our control).

How we measure it

If a Verified email hard-bounces (how to report it)
- 1. Keep the bounce message (provider screenshot or bounce text)
- 2. Email pknox@prospectingengine.ai with your run ID and the bounced email(s)
Remedy (replacement / credit)
When a Verified email hard-bounces and is confirmed, we will:
- Replace the lead 1:1 with a comparable lead, or
- Credit the lead (or run) so you’re not paying for bad data

- Soft bounces (mailbox full, temporary errors) are excluded
- Blocks caused by your sending domain reputation are excluded
